Nice June for Pawtucket. Need to keep pouring it on this month as Z's crew won't be giving us any breathers.

On the plus side, we got like a 1000 players hit right now.

On a random funny note: Nice uniformity going on in the Pilsner. Bunch of clowns.

June was about as blah as can be for Philly. 13 up 13 down; finish up a full 3 games down to WAS in the standings. We're certainly ready for the ol' OOTP calendar flip . . . at least we hope we are.

Don´t know how I will put 6 more players of my minors on the street before the next SIM

                I am too sentimental

Woke up this morning, checked the sim and thought, " Hm, we still only have 19 wins. The sim must be late". Then I realized that the sim wasn't late, we just haven't won a game since June 19th. Lets just say it wasn't hard to make cuts on the Wildcats roster. Move a few guys around, clip some guys from the old regime. Boom. 25 guys. Time to really make this team mine. By keeping some of the better pieces Tom put in place, and getting my first draft under my belt, its time to kick it into high gear.

You're headed in the right direction.

Tom left you a couple really nice pieces. The rest you'll find in your 20 player draft next year.

Lol thanks Carlos. Patience is everything and I'm learning that quickly. Doesn't make it any less painful to wake up to a 0-7 sim haha!

It was a solid sim for the Bats, as we went 4-2 again, winning both series at Batavia and then vs. Windy City. Division lead sits at 3 games over Philadelphia.

Pat Verba got off to a solid start in Washington, Danny Romero started hitting again, so not too bad of a week.

For negatives, Dave Lippert got shelled and didn't make it out of the first inning against Windy City. DJ Nelson got injured, and Urmson had a setback and is still 2 weeks away from a return. So, I'll have to make due with what we've got for now.

Tied for first. We may have righted this ship in time. Like to lock in my closer deal by Saturday sim - which should give us a boost. Gruell, Marrujo and Cole on the block.
