      Nice move indeed.

I signed the two hitters to multi-million dollar three-year contracts. They signed for a total of $10 million between them spread over three years. I anticipate both will debut in AAA.

Mares looks like a first baseman who can play the corner outfield in a pinch. Not much contact, maybe good power and discipline.

I don't have a good read on Rivera. He looks like he could be good. I figured it was worth the ticket.

      Nothing else happened.

We acquired a few players via trade....and apparently are 'hot' right now.

Going to go bargain hunting at the end of free agency. Pawtucket offseason is over.

Obviously Wilmington made some moves before the offseason really began so we weren't going to make a huge splash in free agency. Lost a few guys to free agency from the get go so really just have a few minor league offers out there to try and fill out the farm system.

Spent a ton of money on scouting and player development this year. We have enough money and too much young talent to not. Between that and the draft coming up, I don't think it's going to be long before Wilmington is a team to fear.

Some International additions here in Dallas, as we don´t have budget at all we will start to develop the minor league players and try to snatch some more when I get back to England for the next SIM! No time to make a deep look while on Hollidays in Spain! Too many nice things to do!! Damn!!!

Fun fact: Toronto's second-leading RBI man in 2012 spent the previous season as a relief pitcher with Maine.
