Can't even begin to express the gayness that is Pawtucket this season. 3 straight one run losses at home? Lets at least see if we can have a better record then the other 2 divisional winner?? (OH and hope for a one game playoff for the Ale!)

    Sighhh.....

Shit. It didn't go as well as we hoped for. Dropped two of three at home to Pittsburgh. Unfortunate.

We go into the last week trailing by one game in the Ale. With three games at home against Pawtucket and four at Hartford, I feel optimistic about our chances at claiming the Ale. We shall see.

It would be sweet revenge if Bdub finished out the year with a four game sweep.

            But that seems impossible.

To qualify for the batting title a player needs 3.1 plate appearances per team game played.

So 162 x 3.1 = 502. He is currently at 477. To qualify right now, you need 483.

Six games left. Needs 25+ to qualify. He got 26 in six games this week. It's going to be REAL close.

                    Monster week. Great results.

Two playoff teams, two series wins.

Mongo is diagnosis pending. If he's out long term we might not have the horses to get it done.

3 vs HAR, 4 vs PAW.

                    Let's win this damn division!

4-3 this week for the Cats. While wins and losses are meaningless at this point it's good to have a winning sim again. SP Wade Brown threw 6 innings of 1 run ball against DVS on Sunday while Rosales is up to .285 avg with 33 HRs, .515 SLG and .883 OPS. Going to be an exciting offseason for Wilmington this year.

Thank you for putting up a fight vs. Death Valley.

Feel free to rest your big names the final three games of the season.

I hoped for a better outing vs. California but oh well.

I don't have access to the game but I didn't see Chiba have a setback with his injury so that's good.
