Finally a decent sim for us but of course Pat's was better. His entire team is hot. Mine is injured and not. Hopefully we can turn this around a bit in the few exports I have.

If anything Pawtucket has been very consistent the past month.

Baltimore 6-0 to keep pace with the streaking Bats.

Philly caught us on the wrong week as our bats all hit well at the same time in that series, scoring 38 runs in 3 games.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, our pitching was masterful against California, giving up just 4 runs in the three game series for an impressive 1.33ERA against the Kodiaks.

Realized I signed someone like Dave Teel too.

Not sure how best to combat this issue next year but I'd love to figure something out.

Technically they're amateurs and should all be put in the Cape Cod league. It's obviously a bug.

Well, let's say they lost their amateur statuses because their agents fucked up and find a way to fix it for next year.

We can start by keeping a close eye on colleges releasing players in late May. Not sure how to make sure those players end up in the draft pool though.

Ummm...ok. But amateurs don't have agents. There is no way to fix it though in game. If they aren't in the draft pool they should go into Cape Cod manually, just like the ones this season should.

They have agents if they're trying to sign with a pro team.

I'm open to the idea of them going into the Cape Cod league immediately but I'm iffy on it because some of these guys played three months of professional games already.

My reasoning is that all amateurs have to go through the draft at least once. I think it should hold true for MLB and BLB. 3 months of pro ball vs 12+ seasons is nothing.

Or at the minimum if they are pros they should be given Major League contracts and they should start at 280k and begin their arby clocks and occupy a 40 man roster spot.
