    Davis looks good to go.

Steffen might be better served moving to the bullpen. He pitched much better in relief last year than he ever has in the bigs as a starter.
Yeah, Steffen is moving to the pen. That's for sure. He's a reliever, not a starter. I've had him start to see what he might do.

But I'm going to need him to start for a bit, maybe until the ASB, just so I can be sure my guys stay healthy.

We are going back to a 6-man rotation and I'm moving Neal back to the rotation. Was hoping he would strengthen my pen but he's been having trouble there.

I prefer to give my AAA arms some reps in the pen before making them starters. Adding Davis and Potter there will make that stronger, though I already like my bullpen. The overall bullpen ERA is from guys that aren't there anymore, but my guys strike out hitters and rarely put them on base. Bullpen ERA is so bleh anyway. One bad inning takes forever to clean up.

They're lurking and that lineup could get hot at any time
Colin Cash can only do so much.

Is it just me or did Jamie McPherson get fat?

He's 240 lbs at 6'3. That seems pretty big.

Yeah, he's slowing down. Hard to believe he stole 40 bags only two years ago.

It's that very low work ethic. He clearly has none and is making by on talent alone.

I think for as great as he's been, when he's a free agent in three seasons, a team will need to seriously consider if he can hold up.

I'm also doubting he will negotiate an extension with me. He's going to want to test free agency.

I don't know how much stock to put in a guy's weight.

Neubauer gained about 25 pounds since he joined the club. He's pitching his fat ass off at age 32 this year.

                  It's all downhill from there!

Well, I guess for McPherson it's not like anyone will expect him to play the field anyway. For the remainder of his career, he's strictly a DH. So he can just be a fat ass that rakes.

SP Troy Donovan is 280lbs up from his thin days at 262. For what it's worth he's a lazy fuck and a bit on the slow side.

                    He's 3rd in the DL with a 2.39. #traitsaredumb

He looks like someone went to a weight loss surgery clinic, took the excess fat, and deposited it inside a doll.

4-2 for the week including 2-1 over the Guides.

For some reason, we are struggling against RHP and killing LHP. I'm not sure what's up with that (not that I'm complaining), but I'm hoping we can do a little better vs. RHP.

                          probably.
