1st export I've missed in forever I think. Last minute AC trips will do that to you. My lineup and pitchers are kind of a mess. Guys coming off injuries and some just underperforming.

Pat and I have a lot of wins but I expected both our teams to be playing better. What's up with PHI?

Woah! 5-1 week for the Snappers! Amazing week with all the game decided for 2 runs or less!

J.D. Cook made a great debut in the BLB winning his first start allowing only 1 Run in 8 Innings in the Big League!

        J. Espaillat is being a problem for us the whole year... Might be is time to put him in the bullpen and allow Melvin Fernandez to start the next game

Pawtucket 3-3. 9 game road trip over and did ok I guess. Gained another game though in the Ale so we continue to crawl back in it. Again, we haven't had one good run yet. Maybe Allstar break?

As much as we seem to be drifting thru the season I look at Philly and say things aren't all that bad??

            2-4. Not great.

Steve Suarez signed an extension, as did Enrique Zurita the previous sim. Keeping the group together.

Adan Neubauer struck out 15 New York Knights in seven innings of work. Wow.

Robby Aten is out for a couple weeks.

I felt really good about this team in comparison to other years. We have offense. We have defense. We had better pitching than before.

Doesn't seem like any of it is coming together though. Disappointing but we are still young so either they bounce back or there's next year.

Seems like your pitching isn't there yet.

                Ron Robertson is nice.

Vega pitched well that one year in Pawtucket but otherwise looks like an average mid-rotation pitcher.

Hitters keep taking Schiefelbein deep this year. Might be bad luck. It wasn't a problem for him earlier.

                Not a Gaxiola fan.

                Neal's been fine.

                Bullpen has issues too.

5-1 week - tied with the Guides for first

We lose Robby Castro for 8-9 months (aka the season - nice Ingle trade, Mike!), we'll play Travis Council at third, he's got the glove but his bat will definitely be a downgrade.

Jimmy Peller isn't ready for primetime just yet, gonna get him on a roll in AAA and get him back up here before the end of the season, too good defensively not to be in the big leagues, but for now we'll roll with Zhi-Peng Kun who's done nothing but rake in AAA and the BLB so we'll give him AB's vs RHP and play Bafford in center against lefties.

Jamie Thomas will also miss two weeks, so we'll bring up Jarrod Syversten to make his BLB debut against the Dukes.

Big series this weekend at home vs Maine, Mongo/AJ/Angulo will be on the hill for us against them.

4-2 week: 1-2 @ Syracuse, 3-0 vs. Los Alamos. Now one game back in the Stout.

22-15 is nothing to complain about but I too expected this group to be playing better. I expected the pitching to improve with the addition of Dave Lippert and the development of a handful of youngsters. The Bats are currently leading the IL in ERA at just 2.98.

                    Now that hitting...

I have one very good prospect in my AAA playing SS Ian Moore, the thing is that because I was short of players I placed him in AAA when the next logical step was AA.... The thing is that he is defending very good +2.0 as expected but is sucking a bit with the bat because he is underdeveloped just yet in that aspect.... What shall i do with him??

Shall I demote him to AA, to allow him to bat and defend better? Or just keep him there to donīt piss him off and impact in his development??

Trade him for an equally rated prospect and ship his ass out the door Chip Kelly style.

Let everyone know that Shark don't play games.
