The eighth inning was hell for Syracuse in our series.

In game one, they led 4-0 before Maine scored five straight in the bottom of the eighth, going on to win 5-4.

In game three, Syracuse trailed 3-2 before the Guides dropped eight runs in the second half of the eighth inning to clinch the 11-2 blowout victory.

Another 4-2 week has us off to a solid start. Willie Fajardo is going to make it hard not to bring him up this season. Pat Tortorici got a ratings bump and it's beginning to show.

Look at those Clowns in Indy, you're welcome Ryan.

Tough week for Denver. A lot of one run losses.

Henry Rodriques hit 3 home runs. Jamie McPherson is starting off really well. Nice to see Folger and Cash play well too.

We hit well and I thought we pitched well. Just lost some extra inning games and some close ones. Happens.

You played us well. Your starting pitching held up throughout the series! Banuelos is scary this year. Loads of production on a rookie contract. Can't complain there!

We got our asses handed to us by Washington. Our starters have been abysmal the first 2 weeks. Gotta hope they can sort this shit out.

Also. To be a cleanup hitter, Santana you have to ACTUALLY clean up. Definitely could use Chiba right now.

Pawtucket 3-3. So again we start out sucking at home? Hmmm, going to have to figure this one out someday. Also the bats have yet to really show up. (I miss the feisty kids who weren't on the top players list, yet hit better)

And so starts the Ale run. Its week 2 so nothing really to figure out yet. Just tweak until something works. Just stay within shouting distance of the top for now.
