I am rebuilding it now. Seattle picked someone and I'm able to get back to 1.18.

Does anyone by chance have the picks 1.19 through were we were? Or at least until CJ Rueb who Seattle picked.

Probably because he got signed. I haven't downloaded the new file yet.

Also,

I do a draft list after each sim..(round 1 is mine, Round 2 is my scout, Round 3 is my scout after a sim.)

Before he was signed, my scout had him 22.

After downloading the new file and re doing a scout list he's not on the list.

I do think it's awkward that undrafted guys end up in the draft list again. There's a good chance someone is going to be auto'ed and signed without one of us knowing it until draft day.

Undrafted Free Agent. But Tom Gilbert did go to college after not being drafted.

Yes this is a huge issue. The draft list went from 625 to 597 in just two SIMs...that is not good. Did we really sign 28 draft eligible players?

That's what I figured but 1.22 Gilbert plays for LSU and can't be signed. Richardson can at 2.2.

So when I hit Auto now for 1.22 Seattle chooses Shim who was picked by Windy City at 1.24.

So we will have to stop it there and WC is back on the clock. I will turn the draft back on but not make the 1st pick due until tomorrow AM.

Is this possibly a glitch in the game? It doesnt make any sense to me that if you dont get drafted in the first place, you get thrown into next years draft. I understand if a player gets drafted and a contract isnt agreed to then they go back into next seasons draft, but we dont have those negotiation rules.

I think so.

Just a quick look at the transactions list and I'm seeing a few UDFAs with zero professional experience that were signed this sim.

Yeah, once the season starts and some guys suck and other guys get hurt, there's a lot of churn among minor league free agents.

Well on the new list made by the utility Kevin Richardson is #452 in order. Don't think he should be going 2.2 again.

Not really sure what happened guys. Thanks to Mike we are back to 1.24 instead of 1.11 or worse so that is a help. Losing 16 picks isn't a killer.

I'll post something in the main forum to discuss what happened.
