Well, that did not go well. Better team obviously won, but I was hoping to at least be competitive. Good luck the rest of the way to our league champs.
It appeared we were more competitive on the road then at home? McDade has been brilliant all season, but finally had that shit game. He was so overdue. Talley pitched well, but then got dinged up for a second time this playoffs. Maybe a blessing in disguise for him this season ended when it did.
Offense, never felt like we played to our potential. Playing against elite pitching can't do that.
No excuses. Pretty sure were gonna be back next season fighting it out. This team wasn't built for the short term

I think Pawtucket needed to be humbled. Things have come too easy for them. Last series I noticed our coach decided to put SP Troy Donavon at SS for game two. All 280lbs of him. They got to cocky and needed this slap.
