Export in. Before losing both Pulido and Gruell in the last week, I'd of said we'd have a good shot against PHI. Now, I don't really see us having a chance at all. They were two key arms for this PHI series. I could have thrown 3 lefties at Brad and had the best 1-2 punch for the 8th and 9th. However, this always seems to happen to us. I can't remember a playoff where I came in full strength. At least we get some playoff revenue which always is good for the bottom line.

I think this team will look a little different next season, expect some of my vets (English, Manning, Perkins) to be moved for picks and prospects and for my young guys of Honea and Bourne to take their spots in the rotation.

If anyone is interested in some of my guys, just PM me. I always like to get deals done during the playoffs.

    I think it's going to be a Carolina-Maine Brewmasters.

    Maine over Dallas
    LAD over Pawtucket

    Maine over Pawtucket

    Philly over DVS
    Carolina over Davenport

    Carolina over Philly.

    Maine over Carolina.

Good luck Brad. Thanks for simming Matt. Another strong BLB season.

Just looked through our recent run. We've now made the playoffs 6 out of 7 years with only '06 as the miss despite 97 wins.

      2005 113-49 Stout
      2006 97-65*
      2007 97-65 Stout
      2008 102-60 Stout

      2009 89-74
      2010 91-71
      2011 92-70 Stout

We've hung with Pat pretty well since his titles.

Both games were pretty good. Maine just broke the game wide open in the 8th. Suarez being at 75% the next 2 weeks blows. Davenport and Wasington in a low scoring game was unexpected.
        .

I'll make my predictions later on Maine versus Dallas. It's a tough one.

Congrats to the Wildcard winners. Time for the real playoffs to start.

Suarez being banged up is a bummer. I'm grateful that he'll be able to play. I'll take Suarez at 75% over Gabriele Clareno's attempts to catch fly balls and hit right-handed pitchers.

It's a little challenging to decide which starting pitcher moves to the bullpen for the series. Probably Tyler Garner.

Dallas has a strong team. We'll take our best shot.

Would have loved to make some changes for the export...might have made a difference.

But I'm still not back until tomorrow, so no big deal.

            Congrats to Davenport.

I'm back in Ecuador with wifi. Sad to leave this beautiful place but excited to get back to the world of the BLB.
