Matt has run Batavia since midway through the franchise's first season. Easy to forget the original guy.

You're right about the Ale having the most turnover, although the division has mostly had very good GMs.

Andrew and I had extended tenures in Maine.

Whale, umd, and Andrew were reliable general managers in Hartford/Cleveland.

JJ, myself, and mwetts all spent multiple years running Pittsburgh.

Mahoney and you have accounted for nearly all of Pawtucket's history.

There have been three other general managers through the division's history who spent fewer than six months running a team. That's not bad.

I'd vote for realignment before expansion.

That's up to the rest of the GMs. If Matt wants to go down that path then we could talk about it. My opinion though, the geography in the ddivisions are whacky. That should be fixed first.

I'd miss our rivarliies, but then again the Ale seems pretty aligned.

I agree. I'm not saying our division is out of whack but having Washington and Death Valley in the same division Is. They are on opposite sides of the country.

The problem with realignment is people leave, then new owners move their team across country...and it changes the division.

Expansion is a no IMO. A lot of work and change to say the least, most of which I'm not familiar or comfortable with. There have been times when we were begging old owners to come back because we're short. Just because we have a small waiting list doesn't mean we should exhaust it.

Now if people just want something fresh we can move a few teams around. I don't mind playing against Brad, Del, and Linty. I've been doing it for 20 seasons it feels like and enjoy it. The Porter is the best out there.

More fun stats: The Pilsner has NEVER won a Brewmaster. 0-6 in the cup. Boneheads.

                  Maybe Dallas bucks the trend?

Wow, you looked that up in the history section.

I thought this was supposed to be challenging trivia.

Did you know that before 2010, Pawtucket had never won the Brewmasters?

Yep AND they were 0-3 prior to that, (Indy only 0-4 team) Windy City was also 0-3 before nabbing its 1st title.

                      Don't shoot the messenger.
