      Is he even playoff eligible?

The playoff roster always confuses me.

He should be, if our rules are similar to MLB.

To be eligible for a team's postseason roster, a player must be on any of the following: (a) the active 25-man roster (b) the disabled list, (c) the bereavement list, or (d) the suspended list as of August 31 at midnight ET.

Not really. I was looking around my team and league and trying to understand it. I only show 25 players right now eligible.

The playoff roster won't show anything right until the playoffs.

If you'd like to know why we are still in this race look no further.

Todd Taylor (SP) is now 11-0 in his last 16 starts and hasn't lost since June 4th. Think about this kind of performance when you think about IL Pale Ale.

I was lying in bed thinking why it was that Baltimore was still in the playoff race..... now I know why.

                      Glad I could help.

However if that's keeping you awake, I'd advise against you looking at the Ale standings if you'd like to ever sleep again.

Pretty sure he would not have tipped the scales.
