This pace, meaning winning every single game?

            No, I suspect we won't.

We visit you and Hartford this week and it would give me great pleasure to shit all over your floors.

I figured we were in for a bad week with Hernandez still out and Nash out for most of the week and I was right.

3-3 sim. 2-1 vs. Morgantown, 1-2 vs. Death Valley. Ugh, what a frustrating season. Washington leads the IL in runs, bullpen ERA but is now 9th in rotation ERA. We will continue to battle Baltimore and Batavia for the final Wild Card spot but this team is a pretender. The starting rotations for Davenport, Carolina, Philadelphia and Death Valley are 10x what we have.

That sounds like a pretty big cleanup.

Strange week from the looks of it. We struggle with WC at home (1-3) and take care of DAV on the road (3-0). All the games that we dropped to WC were close affairs. Looks like the averageness of our BP reared its head. We'll probably be in the market to address that before 9/1.
