I wish I had more time to look at everything, but it's looking like 2 big weeks looming in the Stout. I feel MIA this season and like I'm doing everything from my phone. I just hope this'll team can hang on for the playoffs and we don't get crushed down the stretch with injuries.

I (re)promoted Pat Morrow to replace Chiba. Well really, Tanaka moves from the outfield to first base, Morrow plays center field, which then allows Sanchez to play his natural position in left field.
I mention all of this to say that I noticed Morrow has only played 11 BLB games and has a zone rating of +3.1 and defensive efficiency of 1.136, placing him 7th in the IL in ZR among center fielders.
Even if he doesn't hit well, he's definitely earning a spot with his defense and his defense allows other guys to play in positions where they are better defensively. I guess it is just a plus that he went 7/22 last week.

DENVER BC
56-50, 10.5 GB (2nd in Wild Card)
What Went Right
It was a 4-2 week which is always a positive and we gained a half-game.
Felipe Vega and Stolarik continue to deal for us. They have been the best pitchers of this second half thus far - and season.
The bullpen was back to form and kept the team in two extra-inning wins against Pittsburgh, though it faltered in the third game.
Tom Wright has probably been our best hitter. He's owning his spot and has climbed into the Top 20 list.
What Went Wrong
We lost Zach Amaral to injury which isn't a huge hit but enough of one.
Antonio Banuelos is in a month long slump he can't get out of.
It would be nice to get some consistency from Robertson. Seems to be having a real sophomore slump. To be fair, Gaxiola went through the same last season in his second full season as a starter and has bounced back this year, so the hope is he continues to mature and improve.
Down in the Farm
Manny Reyna joins the Top Prospects list. He threw 8 shutout innings striking out 10 in a win and then struck out 12 in 7 innings in a no-decision. He has looked every bit the right decision in the draft for us.
The others struggled in their starts. Potter, Davis, Lawrence, all didn't look so good. Let's see what they do next week.
Coming Up
Six games at home with three-game sets against Toronto and New York. Our vs. LHP lineups will be put to work.Denver Bulls

Yeah I agree with Pat. You can see the cracks starting at Windy City so the fall made some sense. You just don't see it with the Batavia players unless there's a delay in our scout reporting??PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS

I have no idea why my team is doing so badly. I even went away from 7 day lineups back to AI to see if that helped.
My scout thinks Combs is one of the best pitchers in the league but he sure isn't showing it. I think we still have a run in us though. That 5-22 month was ridiculous. If we even go .500 in that month we're up for the WC and even challenging Philly for the Porter.

That was no intentional slight to his team. I know he'll be there. We are happy to be where we are and 1 bad week or two and we are out of it.
We just have to win against teams we can and fight for scraps against the upper crust.
