      The comments above are gold.

What isn't? My team. We had a good previous month but now we are getting slapped around by everyone.

We aren't hitting well enough either. Need to look over the numbers but we are 9 back so I know we had a bad sim.

Dam, Carolina looks pissed right now. On a tear at the moment.

Some decent divisional leads at the moment. LA has built an 11 game lead with 5 players being cold.

Arce is down 3 months. First significant injury we have had this season. Might let you creep back in it.

SP Ron Robertson isn't looking good right now. Might need a stint in AAA and get his confidence back? Kids only 24 so not a huge deal.

Them and Dallas since making trades with Windy City....just sayin'.

Imagine what a little Victor Robles magic could do for a team out there?

I thought about him the other day. Too bad he doesn't play 3B.

There are very few decent third basemen in the BLB now.

I remember trying to teach Dave P the position. Boy he was awful there but it's one of our gaps so figured it was worth a shot.

Tried that with Wessin Ramirez back in the day. We weren't close to contending and thought it was worth a shot. He wore a frying pan on the field in place of a glove. It did not go well.

The version change affected him, for sure. I could send him down. But I won't do it until I know for sure we aren't making the playoffs. It's possible I just concede this season to get my ducks in order for 2012.

Let's see what the Dallas injuries do.

                                3-3 week: 1-2 vs. New Orleans, 2-1 @ Toronto.

Washington is now six games back in the Stout and tied with Batavia for 3rd in the IL Wild Card standings, two games back of Baltimore. The Bats are 1st in the IL in runs, 1st in bullpen ERA, 5th in defense and 8th in rotation ERA. All three losses this week were given to the games starter.

In injury news, 2010 4th round pick SP JD Benton just suffered a career-ending setback with his elbow. Luckily, he has an extensive collection of plants and a green house that occupy his off-field hours. I had decent expectations for him when he was drafted 95th overall. 6-3-5 potential was sapped after tearing his elbow just nine starts into his Single-A career. So long, Benton!
