Oh I've had the offers. I don't want to make the moves right now.

My goal is the division. I don't believe championships are won in the regular season. Once the playoffs start, that's out of my hands.

      Bizarre stat of the week...

With Steve Suarez on the DL with a high ankle sprain, Pat Van de Putte is filling in in right field.

Last week, he hit .190 with three home runs.

      That's hard to do.

            3-3.

Happy that Philly (or Batavia looking at their run differential) has not run away in the early going. 10-9 is a damn good record considering Chiba is only hitting .263 and Sanchez is hitting .270 with 0 HR and only 3 RBI. Chiba doesn't have the best work ethic, so this funk he's in may be around for a little while. He wasn't impressive at all in ST so I wouldn't be surprised if it takes him a bit longer to get into Stout Slugger form this year.

But you know who is in SS form? Jimmy Jones. He's enjoying his stay in Baltimore so far and if we can get Chiba to join him, we'll be in good shape.

But where we are right now, I'll f'n take it.

He's not even in the league.

Had a three homer game in Triple-A!

Beat me to it. Thank you. There are a couple guys I try to follow from around the league and meant to see how he was doing. You've answered the question.
