I know in the past when this option became available we elected to turn it off. Probably because signing draft picks would become a big chore and could lead to a lot of upset owners.
However, with the switch to OOTP15, it looks like the draft classes are affected by the expectation that some players will be returning to their amateur levels. I'm not sure what long-term effects it will have on the coming classes.
It might just increase talent?Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

3-3 week. Oto is the only one hitting the ball so far.
Deiwert looked looked great in his debut in the organization hitting in all 7 games at a .438 clip. Just hope his glove follows along accordingly. Thanks Clown. Rico looked good in relief also. With 11 players in the top 100 should be a fun minor watch all season. Maybe we can make a run in the near future.BLB- Seattle Reign

Small sample, but I'm a little disappointed that the CS% for top base stealers still seems broken in version 15. I thought it was supposed to be corrected a bit in this version.Philly Freedom

Have a week Dave Shook! Our 1st round pick from last year (who was once on the top prospects list at number 40, but then dropped off the list and is somehow our 10th best prospect and ranks as the best hitter in AA) won player of the week award after starting the season batting .500/.516/.867/1.383 with 5 2B, 2 HR and 5 RBI.
Really wanted to keep him in AA for the season but if he continues to show that he's not challenged by the competition level our hands will be forced to bump him up to AAA.

3-3.
1-2 vs. DVS and 2-1 vs. WAS.
Jimmy Jones and Oscar Sanchez are definitely looking good, while Chiba has looked ok. I'm sure he'll turn it on soon enough. I'm still disappointed in my bullpen and I know I have to make a decision on how to fix that soon. Also, Dave Crudge is "diagnosis pending" so I'm crossing my fingers on that. He is tagged fragile so this isn't completely unexpected.
