Wow, I just noticed the amazing season Hector Feliciano quietly had. That dude needs a chance somewhere. I don't think Hank is far off, but it's tough in a division with DVS and Washington. I must have tried 5 or 6 times to acquire him in the past.

I miss Skinner. I was hopeful you'd be unable to re-sign...glad he will stay in the DL, though.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

How are tie-breakers determined?
I thought Philly would be the #1 overall seed because they have a better head-to-head but according to the Draft Order page, Washington will pick #22 and Philly #21...therefore, DC is the #1 seed?
And it has California drafting #1 and New Orleans #2...but I thought the tie-breaker was last seasons record? And therefore it should go to New Orleans?Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

I've become a huge fan of McLouth as a platoon guy, but he has to be used correctly. He's not an every day type player. He's the only one I'd consider keeping, but I don't like his price right now.

I'm sure you will decline and try and re-negotiate with a few of those guys...but having all that budget room could be really nice. There are a few decent players headed to FA.
Washington is projected at $10M in room for extensions/FAs. However, with my scouting and player development budgets some of the lowest in the league, I'd prefer to dump a little of the money there.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
