'Red' is falling short on the voting for last call & new brew. 48 saves, 96 % (2 blown whole season), 6 walks all season and only 23!

He kind of his the summary of our team this season. Good, but not quiet the best.

IF Antonio Cardenas got a 3rd for Stout Slugger...

SP Robby Duffy got a 2nd for Pale Ale...

CL David Rodriguez has a chance at 3rd place for Last Call...

I got two 2nds and two 3rds for GM of the Year...

No awards for DC but hopefully a ring!

I think Carlos and Sully are really being over looked for what they accomplished as GMs this year. The bold moves that they made while still remaining where they are now make them both very worthy of J. Allen. Mike C is very deserving as well, although I think he had a bit more room for error because the team is stacked. It sounds like I'm knocking him but I'm not. He's going to have that 'always relevant' status like Pat I'm guessing.

But all that being said, I voted Brad for #1. Very tough team there. Pat and Squid also are looking good.

Despite our recent fall from grace, I'm very happy about the amount of parity that is emerging in the BLB. That extra wildcard and new infusion of dedicated owners is nice to see.

Now Brad, just edit yourself a chip so we can move to 15.

            Please and thank you.

It's hard to argue against Brad winning it. He was very aggressive last offseason, and it's paid off. Excellent job.

I do agree on myself and Carlos a bit. He traded away what some thought were his two best SP, and his team took off. I traded away a 26 year old stud SP, but I do think I kind of lucked myself into a position where I could be as aggressive as I was on the waiver wire and at the trade deadline. I did take advantage of it though.

I also voted Brad #1. He might a few key off-season moves that really paid off. Plus, a lot of that talent is homegrown. They are also in my opinion the favorite for the Brewmaster's.

There was a number of good candidates this year actually. You could make a case for 5-6 owners IMO. I actually left Mike C off the ballot. I would honestly give a vote to Mwetts. Mike made a number of moves that really paid off, and he continues that trend by robbing Indy today...but like Delandis said, that team was stacked with talent.

I've said this before, but I always vote for owners that make the more aggressive moves.

Tanking for picks and waiting for those guys to become stars (hereby coined "The Clown Method") is a sound and reliable strategy but to me, it's just not aggressive. Don't get me wrong, Clown did pick up some good pieces to try and balance the youth but I'll always give the nod to moves like yours and Carlos'.

Keep voting for Chiba guys. Led the IL in average for the 3rd straight season and exploded for 37 dingers this year.

We appreciate it after such a craptastic season as a team.

I hadn't looked in-game in a while, which is a few days for me :). Life's been rough lately. But I'm guessing he's probably amazing on the road, and Superman at home.

Sounds like they should either adjust their parks or move their asses to Baltimore.

Except for his rookie season, I don't think Chiba has ever hit less than .320 inside or outside of Phillips.

The DL race is crazy every year. So many good hitters when every team can play a DH.
