lol. It's pretty obvious I don't care about winning in A ball as much as you do. It just jumped out at me that we were 27 games out despite playing well. Then I noticed you're team of BLB castaways reliving their not so glorious days at the BLBS lowest level.

On another note, I had a recent draftee skyrocket from off the top prospect list to number 28. Atsushi Abe. He's still quite young but that was a nice surprise.

Have you seen what Spectre is doing with his Knights A affiliate? Tallahassee is about to break the wins record they set last year. Since 2005, that club has averaged over 96 wins in a 120 game schedule.

Crudge is 0-1, 2.63 ERA and most importantly 0 HRA. Taylor and Matton having an awesome years too.

If we only had a pen. We'd actually be decent.

I liked Abe a lot but his stamina at the time of the draft was a "bad 3" making him a reliever... looks like he got a bump behind the scenes which qualifies him to start now.

From past experience he'll go back and forth. Hope he hangs on or gets to a 4 to be safe.

That's how I feel about him. Honestly, I'd be happy with him being a top notch reliever.

              6-1 week; 3-1 @ DVS, 3-0 @ SEA

A week of debuts! Jody Richards was solid in his debut: 6 IP, 7 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 2 K in a 4-1 win facing the franchise that drafted him. Denver CL import Tony "Vulture" Perez pitched in three wins, 1.2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 2 K. He's "angry" about the trade and expects to be closer...hopefully he remains happy down the stretch. Also making his first appearance was rookie C Dusty McKay. Didn't have the best week .214/.643 but he did hit a HR in his first game, a 5-4 W @ DVS.

The bad news, IF Alex Otero will miss the next four weeks with a broken hand. Question for the masses...what's the procedure for getting him on the playoff roster if he's on the disabled list September 1st?

Next 9 games: 3 @ MAI, 3 vs. PIT, 3 vs. PAW. It's going to be a great test facing off against three of the DL's best teams.

TJ Dunn hit a total of 6 HRs in April and May, since June he's hit 26 and is climbing up the HR leaderboard.

The King wont go down easy to Villarroel, he's only 6 HRs away from tying him.

Little bored today so started looking at stats all morning.

Fuck not only is Pawtucket and Pittsburgh mortally locked in the Ale right now, it's even spilled over into the refreshing new brew award. This is the only thing we've never won since I took over and might get screwed by a kid named Shane Berry?

                        Ughhhhhhhhhh.

That's okay. Tom Wright will fix that.

Honestly a Closer should be winning this award, but I don't think that's ever happened.

Also, SS Dave Nelson belongs in Pawtucket. I need to figure out how to make that possible.

Right now it's probably between Wright and Lovera. Banuelos has been outstanding since I called him up, but he's only played in 50 games. We'll see how he does in the final 40+ and if he can throw his name into the mix.
