2-4. As expected once the competition got tougher.

It's late June and we are one game over .500.

Pawtucket 3-3. We said before June is going to get alot tougher for us and actually we are a shade over .500 heading down the back end of the month! Really wanted that sweep of Batavia , but in game 3 pulled a late 4 run inning out to least take a game. Philly, it is what it is. Just a tough team at the moment. .500 against the Porter and 15-9 overall in interleague play.

Down goes another outfielder. Harward was going thru a sophomore slump anyway, but still suddenly we are razor thin at outfield. Might actually have to pick someone up.

Guess my scout was right about this draft. My team's prospect ranking barely even budged.

Some players on the block. I don't expect this team to compete this year and now's the time to start looking at some retooling.

Huh? One and done? Think your not giving your team any credit Carlos. Your going to make UMD roll in his grave.

That and I'd argue a setup & closer. Can't live without those.

I must monkey wrenched Carlos a bit with the 'Red' signing.

4-2 on our Ale road trip. We'll take it. Tough week for Todd Martin as he took both of the losses. In both games he wasn't terribly competitive. Hopefully he bounces back soon. His ERA ballooned to 3.06 after giving up 11ER in 9.1 IP this week. Gamboa and Goto are two veterans who just keep producing at a high rate early in the season. They work well together in our lineup. Shannon Roberts is quickly becoming one of my favorite bench bats we've employed in quite a while. The guy's a pro.

Red would have been nice but I didn't know he would be available until he entered so no plans were changed.

I'm doing exactly as I've planned since I blew this team up a decade ago. The only screw up was extending Tyler Quinn and I've been able to move on from that.

This isn't one and done. Looking to retool for next year, is all.

Another 3-3 week. Nelson should be back next week to give a little boost to the offense and Wesley had a nice debut week at catcher.

Denver would have swept me if they had a bullpen of any note.

The bullpen only blew one game of the three.

3-3 again. Banuelos with a nice debut week. The pen was average, which is an upgrade over horrible.

Still holding on to 1st place. Some nice prospects in the system, and some Toronto firsts that are looking better with each passing sim. We are exceeding expectations by far following the trades of Gamboa and Reeves. Just have to resist temptation, and stick to our plan.
