Kind of sad to see Robby Arciniega go. I drafted him in Hartford and brought him to Vegas. He was an excellent reliever on some very good teams.

Still looking to move Lindsey, Jones, DiMaggio, Roark and Boatner.

Not sure if I ever seen a team have the #1, #2, #3 top prospects before. More importantly Mcdade's fellow Alum and "life partner" SP Chaz Haenlein debuted at #94.

Sweet. It doesn't matter though if it doesn't translate to BLB success. Still, feel good about our chances!

That's because nobody has ever been as bad (on purpose) as you. All three were picked #1 or #2. Not sure if I would be telling people that.

Yeah but thats no guarantee they end up that high on the top 100 all clumped together like that.

              Just thought it was neat.

We all enjoy the game in our own way.

Besides Pawtucket 2.0 lost back to back Brewmasters. They deserved they're fate. This is why I approve of Sully's message to his players.

Our big move this sim was extending Voodoo Davila for only $10 million annually. What a coup!

We signed SP Jody Richards to a 1 year deal. Much different rotation this year in Toronto with Reeves-Richards-Andujar as our top 3.

My scout showing some drop for Richards, but still might be some residuals for the savvy vet.

Andujar....well for 2+ million he could be a steal. For 12.6 ARB he just wasn't worth. Thinking a change a scenery was needed though he realistically he's a nice #4 starter at best.

                        Reeves is obviously your ace.

Can you talk to McInturf's agent who believes Jamie is the next prodigal son?

Guy just won't budge. Wants more money than 2009 DL Stout Slugger Jamie McPherson. Not mentioning that honor to throw that around, but mostly to highlight how silly it is that he wants more money than my best player.

McInturf started out wanting $12 MM. I thought, that's cool. So did McPherson and Verba and I talked them down. But McInturf went from wanting that much to now wanting $19MM!

This guy better hit .350 with 40 homers next season if he wants to live up to those demands. Otherwise, I'll let the arbiter decide again on it next year.

Our biggest question mark going into Free Agency was third base. No, not my starting rotation or bullpen which is an internal work-in-progress I'm confident will improve with time.

Wasn't sure if I could trust that Leo Martinez will be healthy enough to at least hit like he did in 2008 - which is all we need from him. So acquiring Colin Reed makes sense for us as insurance.

Decent fielder with some pop; incredibly inexpensive unlike the prized 3B on the market. He won't do what Pang did, but could perhaps be a McLouth for us at half the cost (or more if you consider the cost the $10 MM team option we dropped).

Reed has also had success as a lefty at home in parks benefitting a lefty. Should definitely enjoy some success in Rocky Top. And if not, it's $2.5 MM.
