    Let's see....

    - I made line-up changes against both L and R handed pitchers.

    - Waived a guy off of my 40 man roster.

    - Added someone from my DFA to the 40 man roster and assigned him to AAA.

    - Made some tweaks to my situational strategies.

    - Swapped two guys in my AAA starting pitching rotations.

I think that is about it.

I believe I made a couple depth chart/lineup changes, which included starting Dan Toler in LF vs lefties, when Joey Banks had previously been my starting LF against lefties.

In a more obvious move, I assigned SP Matt Dalglish to AAA Trenton and designated RP Jeff St. Jean for assignment.

        Makes sense

I say you repost the league file tonight, everyone makes your changes to that file with the upgraded patch, and we still draft tomorrow.

I didn't get an export from you...

Ah, maybe I exported late then. I exported some time last night. Oh well.

            EDIT: Oh, good then.

That may be something to look at. Did you re-post the league file after you installed patch #2?

It may sound crazy but it may have an affect on all of our exports.

This is what I'm doing. I'm seeing weird things on everyones team. For example Philly had Matt Dalglish in AAA and in DFA. Washington's team crashes everytime I try to go to the page, Hartford DFA'd a guy and it gave him 0 days, rather than 21 and Davenport had 1 player on their Single A team, even though that player plays for another team.

I didn't and I think this is hopefully the solution.

I also performed this deletion per the instructions from the patch download page:

Instructions for Making Overall/Potential Ratings Available in Custom Views and Filters in OOTPB 2006:

Note: By following these steps, you will lose any custom views or filters you have created. Custom views and filters affect all saved games, so it does not matter which saved game you created them in, they will all be lost. This is unfortunately necessary, because the format of the data used to store the views and filters cannot accommodate the new ratings fields. We recommend you make a note of your custom views and filters before proceeding, so that you will have an easier time recreating them.

                    1. Apply the OOTPB 1.0.2 patch.
                    2. If necessary, make a note of any custom views and filters.
                    3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2006\data\tables (or the directory in which you installed the game).
                    4. Delete all files from the tables directory. These should be named things like "all_messages," "all_message_filters," etc.
                    5. Start up OOTPB.
                    6. You can now take advantage of the Overall Rating/Overall Potential Ratings in custom views and filters.
I don't know if this could have an effect on my team crashing. Should you do this to the league file or should you test it out or should we leave this feature alone entirely?

I did this for the league file but it shouldnt have an effect on anything as I think the files are just recreated.

No yours was fine. There was a couple teams that caused the game to crash when advancing a day, but almost every team had other issues.

If we can keep the draft for Tuesday that would be good. I'll be flying to Chicago Thursday night.

Are we ready to re-export again?

made all my changed again (i think, and even if I missed or added anything, I like it fine now) and exported via FTP.

Hope it wasn't me that get's the dumb-ass award. But then again, it may be the only award anyone from Los Alamos gets this year.
