Dunn breaks the HR record...first player to hit 50. No News article. There is an option to write articles. Can someone maybe write a short one, try exporting, and see if it makes it to my copy? Would be pretty cool to do it that way. You can link players and teams.

Pawtucket 3-1. Beat up Cleveland followed a wild shootout loss to Maine

14-13 Sept, 1 game off .500 since Allstar break and close to 70 wins which would be a 15 game improvement.

Got some holes to fill, but seeing progress.

Washington Bats: CF Al Anguiano was injured when he did one too many BMX bike tricks. The Diagnosis: bone bruise (wrist). He's expected to miss about 2 weeks.

In the thick of a playoff hunt and my rookie OF is practicing for the X-Games. That's the spirit.

2-1 for our first three games. Swept Syracuse and lost the first game against Indianapolis.

That loss means Gaxiola won't reach 20 wins. He finishes 19-5. Impressive showing from him. Tamieke finishes 21-5. A true ace for us this season. Hoping that continues into the post-season.

Jamie McPherson is flirting with a .350 average. He's likely to have the highest batting average in Denver's history. Same with OPS.

Congrats to Spear and TJ Dunn. Watching Henry Rodrigues go for 41 and 141 has been a pleasure. I'm sure watching TJ Dunn break his own home run record and now sit an RBI from breaking Castor's RBI record has been a joy as well. It's unfortunate Toronto slipped in the second half.

Ditto. Congrats to both of you.

I've enjoyed Voodoo Davila's 42 home runs this season — half of them (21) in August and September alone.

Yeah Davila went ballistic in the second half. I think he had 15 home runs in the first half and sits at 42 total. That's super impressive. The catcher is coming back.

Once the calendar flipped over to June, he turned it on.

Batavia is now just one game back of the #1 seed in the IL. I wonder if Matt still plans to bench his starters against Baltimore...I sure hope not.

As a starter he was hitting .184 with a .409 OPS.
As a sub he was hitting .476 with a .998 OPS.

Oh well...he's got plenty of time to work on BMX now that he will be off the playoff roster...if we make it.
