I give up. The park factors play a part of the reason why I had Nelson #1. His defense, Chiba's lack of defense, their positions, the teams around him and the raw numbers differentials (HR/RBI), are bigger factors.

And like I said, I've never denied that our park helps us play the way we like to play. Also, I also said that I have no problem with you using those very valid reasons to put Nelson on top. He was #2 on my list.

But to categorically disregard every left handed hitter accomplishments because they accomplished it in the the MOST lefty friendly park (I guess as opposed to the 2nd or 3rd or 4th most friendly park as if there is a significant difference over 82 games played) is where I have a problem. Teams play 162 games and over such a large sample size, "water will find its level." Chiba's level is going to be about .330-.350 no matter where he plays. I know you know this but for whatever reason, you've decided to rail on us over recent years.

        That's cool, I guess.

He'd be lucky to break .310 hitting in New York.
