Shame on you if you don't vote TJ Dunn for Stout! He has broken the HR record again and is 1 RBI away from breaking the RBI record.

Stout Slugger voting is weird this year.

Davila got a bunch of votes, and though I've been pimping his case all year, he didn't crack the top three on my ballot.

Meanwhile, I cast my first place vote for division rival Ethan Bafford. It is the only vote — first, second, or third place — he has received so far.

I can't help but take team record into consideration for Stout Slugger. I view it as a MVP type award, rather than just power numbers for the league's best slugger. You could make a strong case for 4 or 5 guys in the DL, to be honest.

I'm surprised Pat isn't getting more votes for best GM. I know DVS has been a disappointment, opening the door a bit for the Bats, but I don't think any of us thought Pat's club would be knocking on the door of another division title.

Same here - I voted by production and record.

Really? Pat spent a ton of money on Aten, added Flores, traded for Rodriguez and brought back Cardenas all before May.

Yeah, we've disappointed mostly because Jones and Cash were off, but it's not like Pat wasn't gunning for the Stout all season.

Nothing stuns me with Pat, but Carlos deserves props this season. Pat gets #2 and Jistic for a mind blowing 7th divisional title.

I feel the same way about the award. I see Dunn as going away the best hitter this year...I got Rosema 3rd.

Awwww thanks. I'm not going to lie, I feel this is one of my better GMings but what are you gonna do.

I didn't mean that as a slight for GM, I meant it's not like you were going to lay down before the season started... or ever.

You wanted to win the Stout - despite talk of rebuilding/retooling - just by the moves you made at the start of the season.

It's actually why I didn't take a nice deal in April for one of my SPs. I knew I would need them all season. I also didn't expect everyone on my roster to have down years statistically besides Tom Cole and Johnny Ingle.

I think Carlos is #1 hands down. Combo of patience bringing up the crew combined with savvy GM moves for Quinn, Pang and McLouth. I really don't give any points for being patient with prospects most years. I like to see people make moves so any given year, Pat can get 1st place votes from me. If he pulls out the Stout, I'll give him 2nd, probably.

I'm not sure who's third. I'll have to go back through the completed transaction thread and see who I've forgotten. Although Morgantown should be in strong consideration off the top of my head.

Nothing against Morgantown but why? They seem to win 65-75 games every season?

Adan Neubauer is the first BLB pitcher to win 24 or more games since Teagan Corrigan in 1981.

                              It has been a while.
