We pull even with Matt for 2nd in the IL and open up a 7 game lead on Pat. Hanback gets knocked around as I assumed he would. Looking forward to the stretch run, but I think our hitting is going to doom us in the playoffs yet again.

Nope. In Pawtucket we need to wait it out anyway due to the AAA playoffs getting a late start. Plus really like those new scouting reports.

Are Waiver trades invalid after Aug 31st?

The good thing is we have to do them manually since the game doesn't do them. So if they are...no biggie. We can just do them prior to the Wed SIM.

You are correct. I forgot you have to be on the roster prior to Sep 1st.

We went 5-0 and have now won nine in a row. Skid over.

But Pittsburgh is like herpes. They won't go away. One game separates us in the Ale.

A really good 4-2 sim with wins over California and Baltimore. But every other top team in the DL apparently went 6-0 so we lose two games to Dallas and Maine takes over the top spot in the rankings.

Still we are 23-4 for the month.

Our A and AA teams each got crushed in the second round of the playoffs.

Washington had it's second consecutive 1-5 week, the only two I have had all year. We are 1-9 in our last 10 games and 10-17 in the month of August. Worst part is, the five losses weren't even that close.
