I already made my single-A cuts, but for everyone else's sake, when are they due?

Do we have a date, or is the date simply, "Hurry the fuck up and do it"?

In Maine, the Guides lead the Ale by two games and hold the best record in baseball.

Enrique Zurita signed a three-year, five million dollar annual extension. Happy to retain his services at that price.

Tom Hau is hurt. He's our fifth starter, but he's good. We don't know yet how long he will be out. Tommy Bolinger, Travis Fields, and former Clown Robby O'Neal are the leading candidates to assume that role, depending on the length of the injury. O'Neal is recovering from an injury himself.

Pawtucket 4-3. Well we are beginning to win on the road some.

        Down on the farm:

We have a MACHINE developing down in Lynn (AAA). Alot of prospects "light" seems to be turning. Its like they are feeding off each other. Check out this crazyness.

#7 prospect SP- Mcdade looked good in his debut

Lots of fun beginning to happen.

Tyler Quinn hit two home runs in his debut. Then my team played like garbage the rest of the week.

I'm glad for this month to be nearly over.

4-3 week, including two one-run loses to Los Alamos.

Lost rookie OF DJ Nelson to an undiagnosed injury. He will be placed on the 14-Day DL and we will hope for the best. Nelson has been a huge addition to the team this year, currently 3rd in the IL in Batter WAR and by far the IL Refreshing New Brew thus far.

In other rookie news, SP Dave Adamson, acquired from Denver in the Shannon Roberts trade, has been very solid. In four BLB starts, he is 2-1 with a 1.57 ERA, after pitching a complete game against Carolina. This is coming off the heels of two starts where he gave up just one ER over 12.1 innings. I don't expect these numbers to continue but he has been a nice surprise to a rotation that ranks just 9th in the IL.

The only player who is "hot" right now just happens to be the oldest, IF Dusty Simmonds. Not a regular starter but with injuries to the infield and spot starts vs. LHP, Simmonds has hit .362 with a 1.104 OPS in 17 June games. Acquired in Free-Agency on a one-year $1.5M deal, Simmonds is showing he still has some game left in him.

Washington sits at 42-32, 3 games back of the Stout and a 3.5 game lead in the Wild Card.

Hmm, negotiating with Quinn to see if there's a way to keep him beyond this season.

He wants a long deal but maybe I figure something out and remain financially stable for my own youth.

4-2 and thank you, Fujii is finally awake.

I think we are going to turn the corner in the 2nd half of the season. I like what Tulun has brought to the table. I probably need one more talented reliever so I'm in the market if you've got one available.

You're going to love him. He's a machine since he turned 30!

To follow up from last SIM, my prospect SP Ian Brooks is now listed as my number 1 prospect. He got lit up in his first Single A start, no wonder he didn't appear on the top 100.
