      Ditto.

Pawtucket 5-1. Well if we can stick with playing against the Ale teams would be ok? For now though we are no threat to them. Nice sim boys. Rotation feels pretty good. Still can't score runs though.

When are we allowed to trade free agents? Not expected a massive sell-off, but we are clogged in a few spots.

3-3 week with some changes coming soon, including a minor league call up or two later this month.

Good to see Verba swinging well in June. Rodrigues hasn't slowed down. McInturf back on pace and McPherson just keeps afloat for now. Perkins should be back after this next sim. Had a minor day-to-day but didn't want to risk it with his fragile tag. Rather have him on the DL and take the days off.

Need to find two starters to replace Hoffman and Garcia. For now, we try Dave Carter in the rotation again and get Tulun up there to set up for Perez. Shiefelbein will be part of the team in two sims after the AAA All-Star Game is played.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Big thanks to Matt and Brad for everything.

We go 3-3, losing two tough ones this week 2-1 to WAS and 1-0 to SEA in extras. Can't be too disappointed, we're playing excellent baseball. I'll never truly lose Pat, so I expect him to be in shouting distance all year. I think I've been lucky enough to even be able to win the Stout these last few seasons.

Coma throws a surprising no-no. I think he has arrived.

Pitching is an obvious strength, but I've always built my teams with a staff #1-6 as the focal point. This is a formidable group - Coma, Brummett, Pulido, Lindsey and Boutin are all top half rotation starters. I may have made a mistake trading away Gentner though to man the #6 spot. I love 6-man rotations, but I've adjusted my rotation to their strengths - every starter can go deep and I'm letting them. They log 7-8 IP a start, which may or may not bite me in the ass. I guess time will tell.

CL Tom Bell has been underrated his whole career, drafted at 2.21. I'd love to start him even with his 3 stamina. He has ace written all over him if that 2nd pitch makes the jump a point or 2 and the dice give him even an average 3rd pitch. I traded the option to start him this season away when I dealt Fajardo to PAW, whiffed on Spoon, and undercut myself in FA on Ian Strachan.

I'm still searching for a back-up C or a decent role playing 1B. If anyone has ideas, I'm open to possibly overpay a bit.

I'd kill for another young CL/SP type and have some young SP Top 100 level arms I could move. Or even an OF prospect, for a solid young CL.
