Btw, there are now an alarming 16 closer/bullpen guys in the top 100. Never seen this many.

Safe to say a shake up is coming.

We won two out of three at Pawtucket and then swept Pittsburgh at home to start the month.

            It continues!

First 40-win BLB team this year.

That is a truly amazing feat considering we played a 3-game series in which you lost 2 of 3.

Crazy fact according to the newsletter.

Twinkle Toes Alvarez is still the second youngest player in the BLB despite having made his BLB debut four years ago.

3-3. And it's June. And we are right there playing for the wild card. These guys are doing good.

Making matters better, Wilkinson and Eckstein shook off some early rust and are rolling in AAA. This makes me pleased as they move closer to their promotion date of June 23rd.

Two more sims and my middle infield will have its future.

They will be a huge boost to your playoff chase.

That's definitely the hope. Capeles and Flores have been nice defensively, but they are empty offensively outside of stealing bases. But Eckstein and Wilkinson do everything the former do but better.

Also, he just debuted on the Top Pitchers list. I hope to see him there for a long time.

New Orleans is beaten up with injuries and demoralized to boot, having a negative effect on the players' performances. At least our youngsters Armenta and McCarley are doing well. That's about all that can be said for the team.

If the injuries keep coming we'll be the New Orleans Scrub Journeymen instead of the Dukes.
