1-3 vs. Los Alamos, 2-1 vs. Morgantown, moves us tied for 3rd in the Stout with the Mohawks.

2B Danny Romero is becoming a superstar.

        Pawtucket 2-5.

We just can't pitch which isn't a major shock. Oh and if your a lefty pitcher you might as well give up baseball right now.

Hitters in AAA are getting a little anxious. Just waiting for the June draft to get entered for some of these guys.

David Arce has been unreal so far this season. I can't see him keeping it up, but his numbers are ridiculous. Jobe and Cardenas are playing well. Rosema has been on a tear since coming off the DL. I wish we could stay healthy.

Gotta love to go 5-1 when one of your top two hitters is out.

Decided to promote our top batting prospect and former Rice Owl star, Oscar Sanchez, in Hamilton's place. All he did was go 7/22 with 3 home runs, 9 RBI and a 1.133 OPS in his first week. It is sad that I was kind of secretly hoping that he didn't do too well so I could justify demoting him when Hamilton comes back next week.

Now, I have a big decision to make.

I'll take it as a compliment that we have the best record in the league despite having only one pitcher on the Top 20 Pitchers list and no position players in the Top 20 Players.

Still in first, pitching well and hitting just average.

We still stink but at least now Xavier Milledge is on the top 100 prospects list.

Yikes...3-13 over the past 2.5 weeks...the IL is so boring this year.

In Transaction News! The Bats sign former Muckdogs/Guides 1B Shannon Roberts for $1.8M.

3-3. We avoid the Syracuse sweep and lose Verba for three weeks.

This is becoming an annual thing for him. Sigh

The IL is shaping up to done by late August, but the playoffs could be very good.

So far in the DL, there is a clear demarcation between the haves and have nots after Denver.
