Oh and I noticed how you conveniently ignored the OPS+ stat.

Sometimes, home/road splits, especially only a few weeks into the season make for interesting conversation. Everyone knows Chiba is good.

I love when you guys get fired up over imaginary players.

Just trade Chiba to Denver for a bag of basketballs and we can settle this.

Sully and Pat know it's all in good fun.
It's part of what has kept this league alive for so long.

I think team hitting stats is a better measure of home/road splits. Not one player.

So as "team" batting .232 with .357 slugging can be considered a pretty shitty team.

                  Got it.

I know this draft really sucks....but I haven't had a pick since my two first rounders, so I'm excited!

At 4.13 the Washington Bats select SP Ernie Fields. There is a lot to like here. My scout has him 4-4-5/5-4-7, OSA 4-3-5/5-3-7. Ranked #63 on my Draft List. He's durable. But he also has terrible intangibles and didn't put up great stats. He's a flyball pitcher who gives up a lot of homeruns.

                      He's a 4th Round Pick.

Pat fleeces everyone. And he played amazing down the stretch and in the playoffs. I'm not sure what his problem is now. You could have gotten more for D'Orio then.
