I do too, just in case, but to be honest I never see a difference.

Didn't we joke around a couple seasons ago about one of Funclown's coaches being rated terribly but it seemingly didn't matter? (This was back when they were a good team)

I spend a lot as well. Who knows how much coaches, scouts or PD budgets impact the game though...

Which is too bad because you look at guys like Joe Maddon and Buck Showalter who in my opinion have a profound impact.

I signed Syracuse's Manager to a 5 year deal. He's been to the playoffs on numerous occasions, I hope he will at least bring some good luck!

It was a scout I signed as a Bench Coach. I needed a backup scout incase my old man scout retired. The irony was the back up Scout retired and was never used. Still he was VERY cheap.

Do we have managers thrown out of games or suspended? I think they help with fielding from what I read, but to me bench scouts means crap or else why not have them at every level?

To me PD $$$ seems to be the only thing I've noticed helps. Not make them better but achieve they're POT faster.

Scout shouldn't have any impact just a measurable.

Coaches??? I don't know. My first gen team had LEGENDARY at EVERY single level, spent like 14ml on the group yet we plateau where as Clay said on a post comparing our teams "his players flourished" and I know when I looked he had so so guys. Then again.......

My best guess, it makes your players more prone to luckier dice rolls?????

I pay my trainer by far the most money. Combining him with a six-man rotation and giving starters regular rest, I feel I'm one of the least injured teams in the BLB the last decade or so.

Many many seasons ago my starters would always get leg injuries. So I signed a trainer with good leg ratings. No more leg injuries.

I had a trainer who just retired finally in 2006 and I freaked cuz he was legendary with arms and really think he saved a couple of careers (Ocampo the best example)
