Oh those preseason predictions. If we score 740 runs, we'll win more than 84 games.

      1. All teams need to have full coaching staffs by the time the minor league season's begin. Still a few teams out there, mine included, that need to sign a few coaches.
Not really. There is no requirement to fill the coaching staffs. Although for once your PSA isn't meant for Los Alamos!

Its really in our rules. If not I'd never have a bench coach.

And the day before Spring Training, Washington submits a few major league offers. I'm lowballing here but hopefully we can get "something" in Free-Agency after electing to not put all the remaining money in Scouting/Player Development.

If not, I think this team will be competitive but like the Pre-Season Predictions show, the Stout no longer belongs to Washington.

There will be a few Spring Training battles going on. Infield depth will be decided with Spring Training ABs as will the backup outfielders. A rotation spot and two relief spots are up for grabs. Should be exciting. Good luck to all in Spring Training! Hopefully no big names get injured this year.

                  Still couldn't pull the trigger.

In all seriousness though after taking a few high $$$$ seasons in PD does seems to help the kids out. Scouting budget during a full on rebuild just makes total sense even if you won't always agree with them.

I doubled what I had in each last season. It's a start. I wanted to have a little bit of spending room when demands got lower...which is why I will be active in Free-Agency the next few weeks bargain hunting.

This team is too good to not give it a go. I mean, I think as the club is assembled, we are probably a 80-85 win team, which might not even be good for 2nd in the Stout. Hopefully if I am 3rd in the division by the All-Star break, I can trade away a few vets to start the rebuild. But who knows if anyone will be looking to buy.

I guess it's just nice to see teams rise and fall. Not saying you are going to fall...but the ebb and flow of the league is nice. Ya we've won 2 of 3 and will challenge for a few more years but eventually we'll hit that cliff too. I already have OF's asking for $30m a year extensions...ridiculous.

All I know is Del Evans my mop up RP started for us in game 7. I had 6 starters and "the game" chose him. Always wondered.(No bitterness)

Fell short in all 3 Brewmasters, but pushed some great teams. One more loss and we join the Bills & Vikings!!!!!

Do coaches have an effect in OOTP 15? I really wish they would fix this.

Does he give us 8 more wins than last year? I don't know about that. I think we are about 90-92 wins and fighting for another wildcard this year because Batavia is just as badass as last year.

Unless, Chiba makes that jump to SUPERstar. Then we have a chance.
