Big time move for Cleveland, getting Tex Watts extended for another three years. It probably means he retires a Buckeye.

Crazy series so far. Errors killed the Bats in Game One leading to big innings for Batavia. Lost Game Two in extras by one run. Won game three at home. Gave the start to Rookie Zachary Lewis in Game Four and he had lost the game before he got out of the first. Bounced back to win Game Five. No we travel back to Batavia with two pitchers who went a combined 36-7. Hoping for the best.

Tough luck to Cleveland and Windy City. You take care of your series early to give your rotation rest only to both have significant injuries to Victor Robles and Alexis Camilo. Robles is the 2nd best hitter in WC and Camilo lead the team in RBIs with 108. Big losses. Probably negates the advantage of finishing up their series early.

I needed Saucedo on a shorter leash. No way he should be walking in the winning run after already pitching 1.2 innings. Get him out of there!!

Good luck. I think you take it in seven. Skinner can get us there...but I'm not sure Campos will have the home-luck he's had all season in a Game Seven @ Batavia...plus, he won't have his best stuff because after 120+ pitches, he's going to be a little tired.

Its about what I expected as far as the record goes. I didn't think the pitching would be this bad. Keifer was horrible, Palomares shined and Burns/Yahn were just barely even there. We hit well for average but the power wasn't there. Pettipiece exacted some revenge on his former team. Lona and Gutz got it done. My file will be in soon, just a couple of adjustments.
