      That was a really good week for us on both sides of the ball.

      When McPherson, McInturf, Perkins, Rodrigues and even Verba-replacement Villabolos go bananas over the week, you should go 4-2.

      Even Duarte flashed a lot of the past in his bat.

      Unless I move him, he's definitely going to platoon with Allende next year. Then Fox will platoon in 2009.

      That's the plan there.

      Also nice to see Tamieke back on track so quickly. Gaxiola is getting comfortable but Hightower is really struggling.

                Dae-hee Yi has not pitched in a BLB game since April 2006, when he blew out his elbow.

                Now at age 42, he has re-signed with Maine and will return to action in September.

                          The titles don't flip automatically based on time, someone has to manually flip them. So yes, even if it still says "On trade waivers" as long as they haven't been claimed and the 48 hrs has passed, they've actually cleared waivers.
