3-3 as we just can't seem to stay consistent. I'll take it though. We are doing all of the right things statistically so we're bound to catch a few breaks here and there.

Edwin Uribe pitched his 2nd big league shutout and is pitching very well right now. He and Taylor look to be the anchors for this young rotation.

We are the luckiest team in baseball right now. I have no idea how we're winning. Several players are having historically bad seasons so far. They are just gonna have to figure it out. Thank God JJ and Robles are off to good starts because this is embarrassing.

A 3-3 week. Lost a series. Won a series. I'll take it. This club isn't more than that right now. We still have holes to fill with prospects and I'm not rushing anyone!

Tameike has arrived. I think we can officially say that now. 3 of his starts he's thrown 8 innings and surrendered zero runs. He's not Tom Shuh nasty, but he's respectable.

Tony Perez has 10 saves in our 12 wins. That's either really awesome or scary to think.

Verba and McPherson are kind of floating around out there. Still, their performances are the best we have seen in about a decade.

Lost Goodhart to a fractured arm in AA. Everyone has guys that get hurt, but it hurts us because we need these young players to come up healthy. I'm already nervous that Perkins now shows up as fragile.

All of our affiliates are in first place.

Pretty amazing when you consider you don't even have complete lineups on that team.

Yeah, haha. I have that all fixed up now, so we'll probably start losing.

2-4, we lost a few close ones, but we're at least at the top of our division for now.

Ricky Moreno hitting .327 so far, it would be pretty cool if he puts up stats like his last season.

I suspected this year would be transitional, and so far it's looking to be true. We shall see. We're champions and we're in it for the long haul. No need to do anything dramatic.
