Welcome, my advice is stay away from everyone and don't trade until at least you have one full season under your belt... maybe even two. You're built to win for the foreseeable future and still have a nice farm system.

Good luck - pretty rare a team like that ever comes open around here.

I remember when Mwetts took over Pittsburgh, he walked into a similar situation. Pittsburgh was finally good and winning. They had a decent few year run then he had to start over.

Jay is walking into a great team that is deep across the board. But with expectation comes pressure. Should be the DL favorite but it won't be easy being so green.
