13-13 in June. Nice to see we are once again a top pitching team but can't hit the ball.

    Runs scored - 12th

    Really?

3-4 for the Brawlers this week. Lost 2 of 3 to the Bats and split a 4 game series with Morgantown. Got Carolina on the road and then those "Nancy" boys from Windy City come to town for a 3 game series which could be fun.

We went 2-5. But our minors are really good.

Another 3-3 week comes with another bullpen injury. Good thing we got Gomez...

Oh, and now Pang's out. Yay! What a year.

Melendez and Kane have finally hit the wall. Both careers appear to be finished.

Anybody can have them for a super late pick.

We struggle again. Perales makes the Top 20. Colin Reed goes down. I think we're sputtering permanently.

                  All the time.

Helps players shake off the rust from not playing by doing it in the minors against lesser competition.

Rust. I'll be using it here with Cy Gray.

Solid sim for us, take 3/4 from Cleveland and then 2/3 from Maine. Hamilton will be back this week as well for us. This team could still use some tinkering but I'm pretty happy.

3-3. We lost 2 against Cali but made up for it with 2 wins against Batavia and taking control (if only by one game) of first place. It doesn't look like Davenport is going to slow down so winning the Porter is the only real option for us at this point.

Loving the Chuck Durham pickup as he's settled down 2nd base for us, giving one more threat at the plate. Also the rookies, Chiba and Inoye have both stepped up big time so far for us, both hitting north of .320 and chipping in a total of 6 home runs and 34 RBI combined so far this season. Unsurprisingly as we added these two we also injected some much needed power into the lineup. We hit 13 home runs in the month of June. We hit a total of 15 home runs in ALL of April AND May.

Next week we prepare for Wilmington and DVS. 4-2 if we're lucky but as we've just been hovering around .500, I'd say 3-3 is more likely.
