I think it should be 25 at all levels...felt this way since we added the minor league DL.

However, I do support Rookie Level. I feel a lot of people give up on prospects because after 3-4 years they have shown little progress, but they are just in fact over mathched coming in all 2-ratings.

A lot of times it's not even giving up. Most of the time I just don't have room.

It's cut throat man. Tough to see if that 2 rated contact hitter is ever going to improve.

My experience in leagues with a rookie ball level is that guys with that poor a hitting ability, never suddenly get better.
