Damn Matt there was nothing stopping you. This why the IL is so tough. Washington takes a small step back and then they are replaced by DVS and Batavia and even a tough Baltimore team. Third year in a row we've lost to the champs. Can't feel too bad about that.

This is a post season for the ages. And you're just getting started. Congrats.

Dang, nice job Matt. Kind of expected that. It was one of those deals where you don't expect to do anything once you make the playoffs, then you win a round, then two, then you start thinking you may have a chance, then you play Batavia.

Poor Ryan.....first team to go 0-4 in the Brewmaster. Still...ya got 4 DL flags.

Seems we always have very good teams in the DL but not great ones.

Crazy world. Been in the league since '84 when the Muckdogs were established and I took over for a guy who left the team with no talent and no prospects.

Only took me 22 years to get to the Brewmasters but I never thought we'd end up 12-0 in the playoffs. We did get lucky and got hot at the right time. Not saying we wouldn't have won without getting hot but we rely on good starting pitching and a great bullpen. If we get a few hitters hot we can put up the runs needed to beat anyone.

Montalbo was one of the hot ones and hit 3 HR's and drove in 7 runs in the Brewmasters. I took some other managers advice and acquired him and Jon G this offseason to add some power to the lineup. Jon G didn't exactly pan out but we still believe he can be valuable down the road.

Congrats to everyone on a great season.
