    Pawtucket 3-3.

Lost a couple more one run games making us 6-14 for the season. Hmmm well if this hold for the year guess nothing we can do, but I have a strong suspicion this ends up leveling out.

Boyce only out 2-3 weeks so nothing we can't handle.

Again.....can we get to August already?

      Washington 3-3.

Team appears to be playing better baseball...and regular .500 sims is an improvement.

Bad news: Lost my lead-off hitter, LF BJ Jobe, to an undisclosed injury.

Good news: SP Tom Downs appears to have found some of his old mojo. And I was almost ready to waive this guy three sims ago.

Well we suck and next SIM will be the final nail in the coffin with games against Washington and Death Valley.

Listening to offers on Trujillo, Melendez, Kane, and Knight only. Fate, Goto and the rest of the cronies are staying for now.

3-3 sim. Hold our lead on the Bats who will wake up any minute. About what I expected. Reed gets hurt but Watts comes back. Still need a starter, willing to make it worth your time.

Hoffman turned an ankle in his start and that hurt us against LA and Mac Aaron had a rough week.

Our hitters have been balanced with different guys stepping up week to week. Getting Watts at the top of the order should jumpstart us a bit.

We continue our Lager run with NY and TOR.

That Goto injury just about does it.

Yup. It's a shame with the year he was having.

That sim went about how I thought it would. It did confirm my belief that we can play with Death Valley though. Two one-run losses and we didn't even have Morris for those games.

Too bad the injuries are mounting up. Our offense is already deplorable and I'm running out of options to call up from AAA who can even field capably. You know things are bad when you're bemoaning the loss of a 3B OPSing .568.

3-3 Porter week. Took two of three at home from Baltimore, and lost the series at Batavia.

Pulled out a nice 1-0 shutout win at Batavia on Friday night.

We blew one of those as well as another against Hartford.

However, Al Hamilton is back to punish the non-believers.

We played a good game @ Denver. Our defense kept em off the field for the most part. Good ground game chewed up lots of clock. Only giving up two field goals to Denver is quite an accomplishment.

Poor Liam Ingle had to sit another week. I was positive I exported but I guess I didn't. Sorry dude, you're back this week. Fernando Ortiz finally broke through the top players list. Was waiting for this to happen for weeks. Kid deserves to be on there.

Hey, we were a blown save away from taking 2 of 3 against you.

Also, what the heck is my team doing going 5-2? Better not let Carolina take the first pick from us.

Bad week. We are inching back down to earth. Some young guys have played well for us since being called up. Arce is 4-1 and Rosema had a strong first week. Wentworth is hitting the ball well at AAA and could get the call soon.
