Eh, we competed better in this series than I thought we would. Pretty good, competitive baseball played on both sides. 3B Ling-lai Pang had an excellent series. Tex Watts showed up as well in the 4 games he was able to play in after coming back from injury.

In the end the better team won, as they should. Congrats, Pat.

Thanks Brad. The series was pretty competitive but Game 6 was over before the 2nd inning started.

I'd love to get a sim in tonight if possible...I fly out tomorrow morning at 6AM and I'm gone for a week. Would love to know going into the vacation that Windy City beat me.

Highly doubtful we get a sim in tonight...going same day between rounds is kinda fast.

If all four teams are in and give the okay though I can run it at 8 PM PCT before I have to leave.

That would be awesome. Hopefully Jistic and Spectre will be around...

I'm torn over who to root for in the playoffs. Lager pride or the clown. Normally this wouldn't be a big decision as rooting against the clown is good for the BLB. But the forums will be hysterical if there is a WC - PAW meeting in the Finals. In not counting out WAS...but come on now.

I want NY vs. DC or WC vs. PAW.

DC vs PAW would be pretty exciting too. Rematch.

                      DC played Mississippi in '88.

Hey guys, I won't be able to get the sim in until ~1PM EST (nice 30 hour shift tonight). I'll have it in around that time if you don't mind waiting a bit.

By the way, how about that 17 inning game with me and Indy that we won 1-0?! That's gotta be one of the most epic games in BLB history for those of you following. Joey Simpson pitched 10 innings of shutout ball in that one.
