  • 2004 Awards Voting

    The utility is now open:

    http://www.simgamingnetwork.com/blb/...eos_ballot.php

    - Voting is mandatory
    - Vote in ALL Categories!!
    - Voting begins immediately and will last until the last SIM of the playoffs or final ballot is received.
    - Teams who don't submit a fair ballot may have their votes invalidated. (ie leaving a rival player off the ballot so your guy wins, etc)
    - Voting will be done in the utility using the link above.

If we don't receive an adequate number of votes (let's say 20) we'll let the game pick the awards. If Matt is running the last SIM where we have the ability to enter manual awards, he'll accidentally let the game pick the awards, too.

Seriously, if you vote for Ryan or Jake for GM of the Year, I think you should really vote for Carlos. He made most of that possible.

                    More importantly.....

Jack Funclown. Hmm, can we change this to "Sir" Funclown. I don't like Jack (or jake or jistic)

                      And we thank you!

We're working on a Carlos Bobble Head day for next season, but a local parents committee is boycotting the design.

I have to pimp Jimmy "Muscles" Brenizer. The kid is a stud, his numbers prove it. Maybe people think he didn't have enough at bats? Regardless, .322/.377/.546 is gaudy. To only receive 8 of 13 top 3 votes is sad.

                            I voted #1 also.

More importantly who DIDN'T vote for Ruben Aparacio??

I mean if you think he's not #1 fine, but THREE PEOPLE ACTUALLY didn't even give him a 3rd place vote. Why, cuz he's a junkball pitcher and your scout rates him a 5-5-5?? Strike outs are for losers and if you love the K might as well vote for 'Bananas'.

This is the feel good story of the season!!! The media would be all over this with his high IQ, saved 4 cats last season and is loyal to his owner (as he should be)

                            Again, do the right thing.
