    - The 2004 Draft thread has been created. Please give it a look and make sure everything looks correct.

    - There is a new patch for the game but we're holding off on using it for now. There are some reported issues in the forums and with a holiday weekend I don't want to run into any issues for the next sim.

Ugh. I didn't expect to win anything but goodness this team should at least do a little better.

Another nice week for us. We're humming along. Highest scoring offense in the DL so far.

With Dani Munoz out for this sim, former New Orleans Dukes slugger Dewitt Dunlap will make his return to the BLB.

Don't think the Bats have been sub-.500 in May since 1997...

Really getting that Delandis-type feeling that it's "not my year." I'll give it a few more sims but there might be some big names on the block. Mal Brady, Travis DuFour, Troy Hanback...

0-6. The real us returns. Still looking to trade into the 1st round. Still have low cost vets who can help a team for picks.

It's not me you gotta worry about. We're too young to compete yet. Worry about Cali taking your crown.

Thankful for the clean sheet. Our hitting is finally waking up. Power numbers are still down but we'll take it.

5-1 sim, tied for 1st. The starters are finally settling down and the BP continues to be top notch. The hitting was solid with Morris, Lona, and Deleon providing the power. We just have to keep in the race with Hautbourg and Porras coming off of the DL in a month.

We already have a couple of kids in AAA looking for a promotion. Expect Brenizer and Solum to bring their bats to the BLB soon.
