I do have prospect love. I also realize we're still getting better, the rest of the division is very good, and we gotta hold the ship which is rebuild and make this organization solid all around.
Expectations...
Back to back Champions...Three-peat? I doubt it. I think this will be a down year for my team overall. My defense isn't as good, my bullpen isn't as good and I've already lost one of my best players to a two month injury. I still think this team competes for a playoff spot but I think winning another Brewmaster's is a long shot.
Thoughts on BLB?
I think this could be one of the more active years for the league. Last year was good post-Clay but I think we are seeing a lot more enthusiasm from bottom feeder teams. I think this year we also see a new first time Brewmaster's Champ. Philly? Syracuse? Pittsburgh? Windy City? Batavia?
Who are you gunning for?
I'm always excited to play the Stout but I think this year is going to be different. Morgantown and Wilmington were a lot better in 2003 than most people care to talk about. These should be some intense games. I also can't wait to play Baltimore, the 4th best team in the Porter.
Wow, no Pawtucket. It's ok, we need something to post on our wall.

1-California Last years Finish: 2nd / Predicted Finished: 4th.
Reason for beating expectations: Fuji, Fuji, FUJI!
Well least we predicted an above .500 finished. Once again the most competitive division, injuries and age has taken its toll to Philly and Baltimore so they get the nod. Not impressed with the pitching still, but top to bottom still one of the best offenses in the league even with the departure of Marshburn. Now, can they stand up to better pitching come playoff time? My hunch says no. Also Fuji's mindboggling contract prevents ownership from making serious upgrades.(96-66)
Still the best division top to bottom. Just not sure the best team in the IL resides here.
Thanks for the stamp of approval, clown!

1-Washington. Last years finish 1st/ Predicted finish 1st *** easy nail
Reason for meeting expectations: Best GM ever. Oh and fucken Troy!
From personal experience , the pitching we all knew was good (Troy Hanback belongs in Pawtucket) it's the hitting that fools you. Toby Day had a unreal postseason. It's just a solid team overall. With that, things just can go wrong. Bullpen looks average at best especially if you believe in the recent scouting reports and you just get the feeling a major injury will occur. Still a lock on the division and an elite team. The game has a funny way to keep things level. (101-61)
2- Morgantown Last seasons finish 3rd/ Predicted finished 2nd
Why they misses: Slow start and blind belief in Ted Dickerson.
After 19 years of sheer pain , they finished at .500. Wow. As for 2004, Condor get a full seasons and Feliciano is just a hairy best. 'Critter' is as good as they come. The downside? How long does Jerry Howell last and would the real Ted Dickerson show up? Good team just not playoff worthy. (86-76)
3-Wilmington Last seasons finish 2nd/ Predicted finish 3rd
Why they exceeded: Ito, it's all Ito (jk)
In all seriousness, nice seasons from Gaston and even though they beat the shit out of him with 234 innings (that's dumb) Kiefer put up great numbers. Now, this team has given money to its owner every season. Apparently buying the team in the early 90s caused a huge debt load limiting management from acquiring a POWER hitter? Simply stated a power hitter or 2 makes them a wildcard threat. This is a WIN now team unless they think Kiefer or Gaston will really be good when they are 35? Funny part is, they really could make a run at then wildcard if they would add some players!!! (81-81)
4-Death Valley Last seasons finish 4th/ Predicted finish 4th ***nailed
Why we nailed it: Cuz I know Umd is up to.
Nothing much to talk about. It's year 2 of the rebuilding plan. If the plan was to finish with the worst record then they failed. Least 3 teams who are worse. 1 prospect system now, but the 1 is a closer which is silly. Still, Umd will dish some free agent for more picks and prospects so the building will continue. Another bad season, just not as bad as they think. (69-93)
Well opening day is once again upon us.
While you wait for Funclown's whacky, drunk IL preview figure I'd open it up to floor.
What you expecting for your team?
What's your thoughts on the BLB season. Who you gunning for?
Oh as for Pawtucket, we replaced Derrik Tucker with Jonathon Burns, Kip Higgins with Tony Cardenas, Ivan Guiterez with Johnny Cosio and finally Aparacio, ED and Iturriga with Will Moreno.
Least it's says our WAR is better, but simply stated Cosio were hoping is a wash, Moreno can't play much worse then those other goofs mentioned, upgrades are Cardenas as a 4th IF and Burns should be that 2 we have been hoping for.
Some of our young guns are a year older, Simmons , Lucca still seem to be holding. How many wins? I'll say 94-98. Why the drop? Pitts super prospects are starting to get some traction and a lot went right last season. Expecting something to go wrong whether a major injury, rash of them, something. Need to watch out for these 17 road games to start the season.
Wildcards: Will Moreno and Dave Miller.
Not gunning for any team. Looking for our first Championship.
I want to know why Morgantown is only playing 152 games this season...? These predictions are horrible, since it's impossible for any team to finish the season 86-66.
To add insult to injury, my 10 year old pointed it out. Good job, FC.

Morgantown gets special treatment,
Hey it's been a crazy day with tornadoes and Bears somehow winning.
