Curtis didn't keep getting velocity bumps after it was clear to scouts that it had dropped in previous reports. Don't even get me started on the 2000 ratings drop that occurred followed by a very odd spring back by seasons end.

I personally love the signings. Your budget is at the bottom and the more wins you get, the more money your owner gives you. More importantly, they are not in the Lager.
