Yeah, I'm a big believer in conversions don't change players at all. I think when he player is created, no matter what the version, they stay true to that hidden rating.

And yeah, the guy I traded up for Romero, the 2B, is the one that took a big hit. Even the recent scouting report, from ootp12, my scout had him as an 8 contact potential.

Oh well. Really digging a lot about this new game. Pinch hitter order, pinch runner order, bullpen options, and minor league system report built into the transaction screen. Great additions.

I saw some good and bad. I saw some stuff I just outright don't believe. Like SP Garett Mills as #22 top prospect? My scout has him as a 6-4-5, OSAs report is just ridiculous. Thank god my top draft pick last year, Hector Gutierrez, showed his potential with OSA. In 12 he was a bust according to them but my scout had him pegged. I was a little concerned.

I think you can change it throughout the off-season and pre-season now.
