    Pawtucket 5-2.

Lucca back in one week. Nice job boys holding up the team while he's been away. Rookie 1B Jon Montalbo power wise has exploded now up to 19 homeruns and may end up taking over the #4 spot against righties. Either way the 3-5 spot is looking good right now.

Still need a fucken #5 starter. Doesn't seem to matter who I put in that spot. They suck. #1 thru #4 is beginning to take shape.

No major complaints overall. Were right where we should be.

He will definitely slow down but the kid still has some game in him. I kept an eye on him after Spring Training but never made an offer. Still can't hit lefties and he will cool off but he's got pop and a superb glove. Great signing.

Nice way of saying he's playing over his head.

Well of course he is. But he was still a solid get and should hit around his averages....if not better. I felt like he never fit my park. He's a power hitter. My park is not built for that. He would hit like he is now whenever he went on the road to Baltimore.

9-1 since break. Liking my 2.3 pick Tom Pollit. Hoping Carr, Oto and Pollit will be the OF of the future for the Wave.

9-1 since losing 3 of 4 to DC.

Yeah I'm not sure what kind of juice is being drunk in Wilmington. Carr has been in the top 5 for prospects almost all year, despite being injured since mid May. My SP Felipe Vega was in the 60-70 range all year, takes a 3 week injury and off the list he goes.

I tried to trade for him multiple times. I knew the guy would crush the ball away so I looked at your stadium and figured out why he sucked at home. I honestly thought someone would take a flyer on him earlier. It wasn't until I got rid of Naito that I could afford him. Thanks for letting him go dude.

There are a lot of situations/players in the the BLB where players are done hitting for certain teams. Had I re-signed him, I bet he would be OPSing .680-.720 right now. I'm happy for you. He's not hurting me any. I also wanted to cut down on strikeouts. I think I was 10th or 11th in the IL in strikeouts last year. With the additions of Davis and Gray, amongst others improvements, we lead the IL.
