All three levels are in first for us. That's never happened to our organization. I may need to start paying attention and doing some write-ups/radio shows about them.

The Gods have rewarded you for your timely drafting.

In other news, the Playboys are slipping down to the bottom of the Bock again.

Thankfully Baltimore should be showing up on our schedule soon enough.

2-4 and definitely not how you want to perform in divisional play. Our starters were horrific as usual and if we don't outscore folks this year, we just aren't winning. On the bright side, Angelo Barrios (OF) won another POW during this month. He has really taken off ever since I moved him to leadoff.

Deron Ryan (SP) got hurt for 12-13 months. I'm really not sure what's up with all of these elbow injuries these last 2 years. I was considering waiving him anyway, but I always hate losing experience and being forced to play guys earlier than I'd would have liked.

With that being said 25 year old starter, Lorenzo Guzman gets the call up from AAA for his first big league start this week. Through 9 starts in Annapolis, Lorenzo has gone 3-3 with a 2.74 ERA with 48K, 22 BB and an impressive 1.03 ERA. I think he's just about ready as he'll ever be and we look forward to seeing what he can do.

Is Denver really running with an 8 man pitching staff?

They have 13 on their 25 man roster . . .they're just not necessarily slotted in roles at the moment. So. it's not so much a staff as it is a committee.

OOTP 12 (unlike 14) ignores middle reliever slots. It recognizes closer, setup and long relief. But it doesn't matter who is MR 1 or MR 2.

So I don't even bother filling the slots anymore. The manager will do whatever he wants anyway.
